Judging by the responses I asked for, I guess others don't see it the way I do Bob. Perhaps I was wrong.... again.

It was very foolish of me to think that the club gains by having Chapters in the bigger picture of things than what fundamental issues I've raised in my posts on this subject.

I'll not second-guess the Convention Chairman's discretionary judgement. Wayne provides a great service on behalf of the club... and I accept his reasoning.... although I would like to encourage the PACK membership to discuss the Chapter possibilities while they are in session at the 2001 CC & GTCC Convention.
