Re: Question.......
In Response To: Question....... ()

You're absolutely right Ed. I know of a player who is a member of this club who has no problem obtaining roulette chips in most any casino he walks into because he is a highly rated player and a chipper. He certainly is not going to compromise his rating by attempting to defraud the casino by reintroducing these chips at a later date at a higher value than his original buy-in.

I personally have gone to roulette tables where I am known and have been asked by the dealer, "what color are you looking for this evening Mr. Black"? I've also had pit bosses make arrangements for me to acquire roulette chips.... or at least look the other way. What I think a lot of people are missing in this thread is that there is no intent to defraud. I keep reading the red-herring defense by folks who have committed far more serious offenses that these chips can be reintroduced into a game at a higher level than what they were bought into. I ask those of you who are casino management to tell us on how many occassions has this happend ... and if this was done by a roulette harvester or a casino cheat? I see a huge difference. If some of you don't see the difference, then there is no sense in me continuing in this thread. I've made my position well known... some of you have made yours. I'm done.
