It can happen but consider the consequences..... You take a stack of $1 roulettes and come back later and buy in for $5 per chip. Now in order to get all of those chips back in circulation you need to play for a while. What happens if you lose during that time? Even if you break even you only get $100 for your "stolen" stack of chips. If you get caught you go to jail. I don't care what you say it just can't be worth it.
