The pertinent provisions are these, which I think weigh in against harvesting:
"2. To conduct myself so as to bring no discredit to the Club or to impair the prestige of the Club

or its members.

3. To base all of my dealings on the highest plane of justice, fairness and morality.

4. Neither to buy nor sell any material of which the ownership is questionable."

Comparing one wrong with another wrong is beside the point.

Walking away with roulette chips hurts the casino, disrupts the game and violates the rules in at least two ways;
(1) sneaking in chips when the values are higher; and
(2) making the chip stacks uneven/short, thus having the casino personnel go through he trouble of requesting extra chips to even the stacks.
