Look how many restaurants across this country now ban smoking. I understand that the ban is statewide in California. The huge Taj Mahal poker room has banned smoking now for more than a year. Tropicana A.C. has a no-smoking poker room as well. As far as I know, it is still LEGAL to smoke (here that, John? LEGAL to smoke!) But you ain't going to do it in my house, and it's not allowed in the CC & GTCC bourse or auction room either... hopefully, along with slabbed chips!
