Don; I don't think anyone is talking about encapsulation here. We are talking about 3rd party grading and the accompanying slabbing. A toilet seat, or a lucite paperweight with encapsulated chips, are not what this discussion is all about. There are no accompanying certificates of grade that accompanies a silver strike that is housed in a plastic snap case to protect it, nor chips that are housed in snap airtite holders. Let's not confuse the issue with distractions that are not germain to the real issue under discussion.

I would urge whomever is elected to go for the anti-slab resolution.
