I wasn't referring to Nevada, Gene, nor did I want
to mention Atlantic City in the same breath where
chips may still be in the vaults after many years
without being destroyed and may have been brought to
a table or two for certain purposes during that
"dormant" period.

If the rest of the world would have rules such as
Nevada, France, Belgium and the United Kingdom, we
would be a lot better off and know that once a chip
is "currently" obsolete it can be considered
"permanently" obsolete.
