I am not defending those who charge $4.00 for shipping one chip but remember that if you ship a chip in a bubble wrap package someone has to purchase the bubble wrap container. I know that they may not cost a lot of money ($.25 or $.50) but they also add to the weight of the shipment. You have a hard time buying the mailer and shipping the package for under $1.00.
