I just bought a chip and had to pay $2.50 P&S w/o insurance. I intend to wait until the chip is here and then will provide negative feedback, after I have first communicated with the dealer. On one other occasion a person clearly a stranger to chips had the same price. I got the chip for $1. I notified the person I was sending a bubble wrapped and stamped envelope in lieu of her charge. She not only didn't grumble but explained her ignorance and later asked for a lawyer referral in her area.
