Does more than one person have to touch it before it gets put into a bubble envelope? If someone can charge money for being an intermediary chip handler on their own auction lots, I'd like to volunteer to touch the chips, collect the handling fee, hand them back to the seller and will not charge the seller an additional fee for MY handling them!

As of January this year, I pay all postage and insurance on my eBay sales. Your winning bid is what you pay. No questions about postage (and I do insure everything) and no deceptively low opening bids.
