... don't have to bid on your auctions, but when we do bid we expect that everybody is following the rules.

If your not going to do so, I suggest the following language be added to your auctions:

"The rules of E-bay apply only to you the bidder, I am free to

manipulate the bidding as I see fit. If I don't like the bids

I get I may have a shill artificially raise the bidding and if

you don't like it tough, you don't have to bid."

Actually that should be in big bold letters so that noone misses it.
