Need help. Bought 3 TOWN HALL ROUND UP $5 chips; N7857. Mot bad; some wear; but each has been lacquered on one side. Does anyone know how to remove the lacquer from a casino chip--without destroying the chip? Can it be removed?

I am interested in trading my extras but only if I first find out if I can remove the lacquer.
