Larry - The difference between BJ chips and Roulettes is BJ's have a value on them. Roulettes do not. Under Federal Law all chips belong to the casino and you can not buy them, only use them. I don't know how long you have been collecting but it has only been in the last few years that chippers have been welcome to take BJ chips. The green eyed monster got em and I am glad.

The casinos have policies, one of them is - Thy shalt not take our roulettes.

I think the day is coming soon when the policy on roulettes will change. Computer chips will be the cause of the change. Chips will be activated and deactivated at will. It is just a matter of getting the price within reason.
