I see we are much on the same page. Both casinos and chippers need to know where they stand from eachother's prospective. Stepping on toes can alienate either side of a transaction that can last for a very long time...
Thanks for the history lesson on the Four Queens LE's. During one of the Prodigy Live Chat/Auctions a few months ago, someone said "I heard the Four Queens is in financial trouble." I replied, "No way! They have too many LE's out there!", and had no idea that what I said could've been at least partially true.
...it can be difficult to determine what is enough, what is too little, and what is too much, in any market. As long as there are folks like yourself involved with the casino side, having a finger on the heartbeat of the hobby, I don't think LE's will get too out of hand.
