Now I am picking nits I guess. I do tip cage personel that make an extra effort to find me the best examples available in the racks that they have access to. You last post suggests paying the cage person a premium before they take the time to honor your request. Their salary isn't under my control unless I am willing to increase it due to services rendered after the fact. If I have to grease someone's palm just to look, and there isn't a line of people behind me waiting to cash in or buy change (and I do try to make such requests during slow periods), then there is a problem with either the wage the employee is being paid, or they are resorting to holding out for a "pre-purchase bribe" to look through the chips available to them at your request, or both. ...my point is, if the "tip" has to be made upfront, the cashier is selling chips for over face.
