Just my personal opinion, but the US Mint has no business in creating and selling that Liberty Bell coin at a much higher price than spot-gold plus a reasonable manufacturing cost. The limited quantity allows them to sell out in record time, but that's not the mission of the US Mint, IMHO. I wonder if any Mint insiders got to the head of the line to buy them?

Next will be late night infomercials with the US Mint Director hawking stuff.
