Well, you almost weren't able to hear from the "Sets Collectors" if a certain someone had their way. But let me address these ceramics briefly.

1. Even a casual collector can tell the distinct difference between these ceramic's and the real deal.
2. While some have mad very close replicas, even the close ones are easily identifiable.
3. The Stickers placed on the Hybrids are NOWHERE NEAR an inlay.
4. China has now been creating molds on their own and having them available, including THC and RHC molds.
5. You cant stop china. If it brings money they do it.

And as far as sending GPI/Angel any letter of demand to recall and destroy fake chips I just have to laugh at that one if you're really seriously suggesting that. Aside from ceramics, GPI/Angel in the last 10 years has made millions of genuine clay THC molds chips for some in sets, some with identical insert and base colors. I personally know of 2 specific buys from GPI that exceeded 200,000 chips. Ceramics aren't the problem.

Here is just a few links, and guess what from GPI the chips at cost are less than the only other company, CPC that makes (or made) clay chips.

So at the risk of sounding crass, there is hundreds of thousands of brand new Paulson (GPI/Angel) chips in the market. Im sure you could try and have Angel "recall" them but get the owners who paid the creators of these chips at 10 to 20X markup, yes some of those racks sold for up to $4000!! to give them up. Not only has the horse been out of the barn, he's out of the yard, out of the state, and across the border. If you search through those and the adjacent threads you will see many more sets, and probably recognize some of the Tiger Palace chips and Princess as chips by another (real casino of the past) name.

However, if the "singles" would look around at the "sets" community you could get caught up. I'm pretty sure that the ceramics are the "current" topic puts the subject way behind the times. Ill separate this first link from the rest as if you have thought that Paulson/GPI/Angel doesn't make fantasy chips anymore you are way uninformed about the sets side of the hobby. We just accomplished gaining about 18 members to the club from sets, lets not pick any fights.
