I just noticed this...

Wnen the casino had the Monte Carlo name they had 4 tables; A, B, C and D. On one of those postcards I see where 2 of the tables were located and it could be that upon reopening in 1986, they ordered the 4 different chips and maybe simply closed down the 4th one (Starfish) to make more room for 2 more BJ tables or a Craps table and, since the Concn table still remained on the floor with hardly being open, they simply left it there for whenever they needed it. Thus no Conch chips known so far along with only theses two Starfish chips, so far...

That's the part we are not too sure of.
Most likely Paul-Son made. But can be tested.
The Lucayan Beach was closed from '76 to '86 ~~~~~
