I would hazard a guess that the chips were made for the casino when it reopened in 1986.

By the way, there might be another way to date when Paul-Son made your ROULETTE chips.

Paul-Son had a fairly limited color selection during most of the 1970s. A couple of us on the Pokerchipforum.com put together a chronology of when they introduced new colors. If you have a Paulson color sample set, you can precisely identify the color of the chips, and date when they were introduced. Hard to do with pictures, but easier when you have the chips in your hand.

That's the part we are not too sure of.
Most likely Paul-Son made. But can be tested.
The Lucayan Beach was closed from '76 to '86 ~~~~~
