Does that mean the Secretary position will be open if you win? If so, shouldn't that be part of the special election as well? If you lose, do you remain Secretary or will you have to resign your Secretary position before the election, which would guarantee a new Secretary whether you win or lose? I ask because I might be interested in the Secretary position if it's going to be open. Anyone know the rules for this?
