Selling at the trade sessions is a violation of

Nevada law. It's that simple. Most traders have no local sales tax/business license or other authority to conduct sales. Hence the longstanding rule, no SALES. The participants of the trade sessions(and by extension the CCA) have been lucky so far that they haven't been busted by the Nevada police.

I'm not planning to attend any trade sessions in June, whether or not they will be scheduled.
