Actually; none of what you said applies here. Jo did explain the changes in the thread and the exact reasons why the change was made.

By Belgian customs putting a spin on what took place does not excuse them for any reason to not comply with what they said in the letter they will do if Jo did not comply with their request.

Even if the USPS made every possible error in filling out the customs declaration and even if the USPS made every possible error in delivering the package to the Belgian postal system it should have been returned.

The package made it to customs and customs did not do what they said they would do in a legal document according to tracking.

Nothing can be changed or added on to that legal document.

That was definitely a terrible experience
Belgium Customs is the WORST..
