The issue here is the letter saying that Jo purchased from outside the EU and paid and they now want to know how much he paid so they can tax him. It is all in the first few lines of the letter.

I have been shipping and receiving from Belgium since 1991, and this is a big mistake in holding a package for more than 14 days if tracking is accurate which shows it being held and the letter says that after 14 days of Jo's non compliance the package will be returned to sender.

My only concern now is for them to cooperate with both meeting my demand in returning the package because it sure looks like they have no intention of delivering it unless they see somem €€€'s in their hands. Big, big mistake...! The letter says it all.
