The CCGTCC was incorporated in NY because that is where the club's attorney, Eric Rosenblum, lived. Since most of the club's activities are in Nevada, it probably makes sense to move the incorporation there. There might tax or other implications about NY vs. NV, but someone with legal expertise should have consulted on the move.
