Has anyone seen one of these?

I have this Nevada club check. On one side the inlay appears as it should but on the other side, there appear to be two (2) printing errors. The first is that the black ink is printed low, causing the A to drop down and the words "Gold Chip Player" to overlap "Las Vegas". The second is that yellow ink (used to create the correct hues in each color) is missing, reuslting in off colors.

So far I have not seen this error in either ChipGuide or TCR.

If you've seen this before, or know anything about it, please contact me or respond here.

Thank you.

The second side looks like too much sun exposure
Yes sun, but the sun does not move the lettering
I agree with Dennis .....
... and the letter "B" as well.
I was only commenting on the colors
We're still going to have a full investigation ~
