Some folks said I shouldn't go - had to use a cane to hobble about. And my lucky straw hat. And - doggone it! - I parked on the third floor of the garage only to find - the elevators were not working! ADA violation, for sure! Had to walk down (and what's worse - up!) six flights of stairs. But I had fun in the end, so a good day it was.

A couple of new ChipGuide additions came out of it, too. Very first aisle I walked down - spotted the Midway Chuck Wagon ashtray. All you can eat - and smoke, too? Bank Cafe aluminum token is from Oregon - not sure if they played cards there. Showboat supposedly a backup set chip? Looks well-used. One vendor, offering mostly coins, saw me gaping at some slot tokens and remarked, "Hold on, I have a few more gambling items here," and handed me a small stack of tokens - including the $25 Cal Coast Casino plastic chip. Deal! (Smart vendor!)
