Inflated Venezuela currency
In Response To: New Brazilian BankNotes ()

The Bolivar was inflated so much it was officially devalued last week. Used to get 6.3 for a US dollar; now you get 4.3 for a dollar. The lady says "I can't get these bills in my purse".

Last year, the country shipped all the nation's gold back from Europe. Maybe they will now print gold-backed currency? Not likely! grin
