....remember that if you change your currency in advance of your vacation, it means you don't spend precious vacation time when you are then searching out banks and exchange rates! Unless you are a currency collector, in which case you may actually want to go to the bank, then I would suggest the time you waste on vacation looking for better rates is worth more than any saving you are likely to make.
