It always pays to be cautious on opening any attachment. It pays to keep your "Suspect Email Blocking" on "HIGH" as that will only allow emails from individuals on your contact list to get through to your regular "Inbox."

All other emails will be filtered into your "Suspect Email" box for you to choose with more caution!

I use Earthlink and have since 1995. I also use a "Stingray", from Stingray Solutions, as an external filter between my DSL and my computer. Finally, I also use PC Tools Spyware Doctor With Antivirus as the "guard" within my computer.

AND, when all else fails and the computer crashes or gets stolen, I back up everything automatically, 24 hrs./day with Carbonite, an external backup service.
