I don't know if they are in every large PO or not but ours has a self serve machine that can do almost everything. I use the one here all the time since I get tired of arguing with them about what type of shipping I am doing. Most just figure that if it is larger than a letter it is a parcel. Then you have to convince them that the package is not too stiff to be a large envelope. The machine never argues with you and I have never had one returned.
