Erik -- what it seems to come down to is not

mark-up as a percentage of actual chip value, but a "per unit" mark-up over actual value. $1 chips do go for $2.50 t0 $3 each, $5 chips for $7 to $8 & $25 chips for $32 + -. As I see it, you shouldn't view it as being marked up as a percentage, but as an individual unit mark-up.
