Rich: Iccause was a PI defense attorney years ago; defended and sued insurance companies--sometimes they seek to avoid coverage for good and sufficient reasons--because coverage was excluded in the policy; sometimes they seek to evade payment. I've been on both sides. As for payment for a lost very expensive chip I and others would have the necessary evidence to justify payment...or a law suit.
