I am not taking part in Ralph's round robin but as an outside observer I would say that the RR is definitely separate from the club so whether or not Dan notified the club of his address change is inconsequential. He had to have known that the RR was eventually coming to him since he apparently signed up to be a part of it. When he moved he should have taken the time to track down the RR and change his address on the list OR he should have left forwarding instructions with the Post Office. So IMHO, the proper thing would be for Dan to send you $10.05 for postage since the RR is coming back to you and are going to have to get it moving again when it arrives. I would look to Ralph for guidance though since it belongs to him.
