I would think that it is the participants' responsibility to get Ralph the correct address, but this is Ralph's RR. If Dan's CCTN doesn't get mailed to the correct address, then it's a problem. If the RR doesn't get mailed to the correct address, that's someone else's issue.

Since it's Ralph's RR, have you spoke with him about it??
