and cannot believe that I am considering leaving but....I simply do not trust Paypal. I know others do, and I am happy for them, but there are many like me and like you who never will. Not to mention the fact that I do not appreciate anyone telling me how to run what is/was a successful business which is based on a degree of honesty and trust which allows me to give my customer a chance to pay me whatever way works for the both of us.
Nearly 10 years.....well over 4,000 transactions with multiple ids, with ALL payments either by cheques,cash or money order! One bounced cheque in all that time and the customer was so upset over it, that she actually was willing to double the original cheque(from$30 to $60) to make it right!
Strangely enough,during all that time on eBay I have never had a parcel/package not make it to it's destination,so there were no complaints, and only two not make it to me, and they were both from fellow chippers who should know better. Oh well...that's history.
I know that there are thousands of sellers and buyers out there like me who feel the same way too. It is so unfortunate that it may have to end for many of us because of eBay's new changes.
And if Paypal ever fails....WOW!!
