Value of NCV promo chips

That's not how NCV promotional chips work at most Las Vegas casinos, Barry. They are "play till you lose" chips. If you play a 25 and win, you keep your NCV and get a live $25 chip. I know it's done differently at other casinos, particularly on the Gulf Coast.

"Play till you lose" chips are worth approximately face value, since except for the casino win percentage, you can expect to get your money back. For example, in a BJ bet of $100, you can, on average, expect to get back about $97 if you are playing a typical game with no advantage from counting.

Single play chips are worth only about half face, on average.

What they are worth to a collector may be very different, as many NCV's are quite scarce and have a significant premium above what they were valued when playable.
