I have purchased many chips from people who received offers. It is hard to explain to somebody that you are giving them a good deal, when they believe you are trying to scam them.

If they place a 25 dollar NCV chip in play and win they get 25 dollars and the NCV is picked up by the dealer. I explain if you place the 25 dollars I'm giving them and they win they can pick up 50 dollars.
