Yes; The refund of 50% of his original purchase price as we had agreed and the 100% refund ordered by pay-pal after he filed the grievance later were both paid through pay-pal. (for a total of 150% of purchase price) The computer record is why pay-pal refunded me the 100%, but refused to take money back from him as to not create a problem!! So he still ended up with 50% refund from me, 100% refund from pay-pal and most certainly the chips purchased. I spent quit a while on the phone with pay-pal management, and was so dissastisfied I canceled my account and quit using ebay for a while. They couldn't quite understand, my issue wasn't about the money. I was trying to protect future sellers from this scam. That was over a year ago and it looks like the scam has continued. I would guess, if he has purchased the $150,000 as stated, that would be a good reason for pay-pal to not concern themselves for their own profit. I can't dissagree more, but it sure leaves you wondering....Doug
