My very first post on this site, about a year ago, was a warning about spreli which at the time didn't seem to be taken seriously. Now I have even a greater respect for this community and your knowledge of casino related items. Although, I probably wouldn't be quite as descriptive, just reading the replies tells the true story. Yes, he also got me on a transaction in which he received 150% money back plus the chips using the paypal fraud dept after I refunded the money as follows..

He is the reason I will not post feedback untill I receive feedback now. Also you need to be aware of the other ebay name he has used...zpreli. My problem lies with ebay and paypal not taking any action at all. In fact, paypal issued him a refund and refunded me also on the same transaction so everyone would be happy. I have several emails from other ebayer's with similar stories about this person. Usually it involves a claim of not receiving the chips and demanding money back, which most of us fall for once. This is an attachment to all my ebay listings....

His feedback rating is meaningless to me, because he has a few positives from me originally. Here are some of the email correspondence with names and amounts taken out for privacy...

yes, he has pulled this same scam on me. also, we worked out a trade for some other chips at the same time. i sent the trade chips priority mail with delivery confirmation so there was no way that he could tell me that he did not get them. but he said that he mailed my trade chips to me but i never got them. he said that it just slipped his mind to send them to me in the same way that i sent his. i also know two other people that he has pulled the ebay scam on. i have spoke with them personally but i am not sure that they want to be named at this point. they are both big names in chip collecting and selling so i am sure that you would know them by name. they were the first and only two phone calls that i made to ask about spreli and both had this problem. so i am sure that there are more. i hope that you have success with ebay on this. please let me know about any further information that you know about spreli. if you would like to talk to me by phone my number is ********.

"I have never received any type of payment from him.I have always sent the winners their tokens as soon as the auction ended as a matter of courtesy and I should have caught the situation the first time he said that he sent payment of $***** and it wasn't received.His feedback was fine so I took a chance on sending the second batch ($*****).Needless to say you are aware of what happened after that.He sais he paid by check both times and then replyed to the complaint that he paid by one money order.How bogus it that ? Ebay has done nothing about removing 20 negatives (only 13 auctions though).Then I get bids from a zpreli.I blocked that bidder but 5 auctions ended and ebay said that I had to honor them.Seems that she is the ex wife and had her own account.I still haven't received payment for them either but this time at least I didn't mail her the package.These folks are really shrewed.Will see what happens this time.I filed non payers greivence with ebay and nothing positive has come from that either against spreli."

"These are my cases with him
1 Sold him PNY chips, he claims never received, we agree to split the costMy mistake for not getting any confirmation.
2. I bought 10 $***** vineyards and one of them was missing a big chunk, I returned and asking for a refund or a new chip, he never answered and gone for a long time.
3. I sold 3 chips to zpreli, I never thought it was the same sppreli because I have blocked spreli from bidding. 2 months later he left me negative feedback claiming he never got the chips. In 2 months I never heard from him, he never claimed his money back or anything. I sent the confirmation number, chips were delivered to his address. I guess he is just trying to ruin people with 100% positive feedback. He is a rat needs to be extrminated!"

Anyway....nuff said. I recommend blocking both spreli and zpreli, but unless someone takes it to the next level, not much can be done......Doug
