Bob, if it were me, I'd find a different solution for getting my mail or at the very least, I would express my extreme dis-satisfaction to the store manager and/or franchise owner and make sure they intimately understand the pain they have caused! If management hears from you and the other people that surely found this experience to be greatly inconvenient, they will get the message and hopefully it will not happen again!
