"If there are more than 12 hours remaining on the auction, you can end
the listing early. Please be aware that listing fees are non-refundable
if you choose to end the listing early.

To end a listing early, follow these steps:

1. Click the "My eBay" tab at the top of most eBay pages. You may be
asked to sign in.
2. Click the "Selling" link on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Locate the listing that you want to end early in the "Items I'm
Selling" section.
4. Select "End Item" from the pull-down menu in the Action column.
5. Click the "Cancel bids" button.
6. Select a reason for ending the item early.
7. Click the "End My Listing" button.
8. To relist, go back to the original listing, and click the "Relist"
button.
9. Make any adjustments to your listing, and resubmit it.

***Note***
If you have less than 12 hours left on the auction, you won't be able to
end it early. In that case, I recommend that you contact the buyer and
explain your situation.
