I also stopped selling for a while. The new ebay format now is great.
Go to your ebay page
1-Click on sell
2-Enter part of your heading and click start.
3- #1 check your heading add-+

#2 select category

#3 add photo if you wish

#4 scroll down to item 6 and you will see Sell your item form click on it
4-It will take you to a form we of a few years ago are more use to. You may +- when you get to the paypal section.
