Here is my first glued in chip.. owner before me probably tried to pry it out and created that nic at 4 o'clock... I thought about different methods but thought better of it... probably tear it up in the process... has anyone tried placing em in the freezer? I would think maybe the different materials.. clay, metal, glue would have different contraction/expansion rates or maybe it would make the glue brittle? and maybe taking in and out would pop it off.. at any rate I dont think a chip would like extreme temperatures so I didn't experiment... but like everyone said, even if you did get it off, the glued side would probably have some sort of damage either from being glued on for 40 years or, more likely, the removal process itself! lol

Some don't believe a chip should be tampered with.
If it is animal or white glue...
It´s going to be hard...
Hot water will almost always pop an inlay
