It´s going to be hard...

I bought 3 chips in that condition months ago, I´m shure if it´s superglue (I´m not shure if you call it like that in the US) but if it is, this was my experience...

I tryed with acetone but that disolved the paint and didn´t take of no glue.
I tryed with hot water with no results so I left it a bit more in the hot water and the inlay come off.
And finally I tryed scratching very carefully with a small knife but took out pieces of the chip.

The glue is much harder than clay so probably every agresive stuff you put on the chip will damage more the clay than the glue.

I recomend you to check the type of glue before you do nothing

Some don't believe a chip should be tampered with.
If it is animal or white glue...
It´s going to be hard...
Hot water will almost always pop an inlay
