Not trying to bust your chops, but yours was just an approach I haven't seen here before. I've seen plenty of people make posts like: "Hey, I saw this chip in a local mall for X dollars if anybody's interested".

I'm not interested, but if I were, I wouldn't have a clue whether I should offer $10 or $1,000. As a result, I wouldn't offer anything.

That said, I certainly wouldn't expect you to buy it and ship it to somebody for your cost only, even though others might be willing to do so.
