I'm not blaming Wayne for anything. I was merely pointing out that it came to be (though inadvertantly) that he had availble the entire list of members including those on the DNP that made it available to him to send materials to whomever he choose, and that if they were looking to even the field for the other candidates the fairest solution would be to give them the same full access not limited to the ones chosen by Wayne (yes I understand that Wayne allowed others to make these selections but they were at his bequest and on his behalf).

I'm not blaming anybody here. it appears to me to be an accident.
