Hi Glenn....

First let me apologize for taking so long to respond to the compalint you filed. I have been on an extended holiday vacation and just returned Friday.

In my position as Vice-President my only purpose in reveiwing claims is to ascertain that there is reasonable documentation to support the claim and to make sure it is not a frivolous claim. I believe your claim is properly documented and not frivolous in nature. I have this day forwarded your claim to Travis Lewin the Club's claim director for him to handle. I'm sure he will be in contact with you. In addition a copy is being sent to Archie Black so he can respond to the claims.

Please understand that I am forwarding this to Travis without comment on my part. Some claims I will comment on and others I don't. In this case I think that it is important I stay as neutral as possible since I am actively involved in the Club election. I want in no way for it to appear any action I take or comment I make is for political gain, plus I think it is common knowledge that Archie has endorsed my candidacy. Basically I want it in Travis's hands as quickly as possible .

Please know that if I thought this was frivolous or not sufficiently documented I would have forwarded it to President Skelton for review.
