My Visioneer died about 6 months ago. Bought an HP scanner. I have trouble with colors on clay chips. Look at this scan of a Palms chip. Paulson has a polished surface on the inner part of the chip. The outer part of the chip does not have a polished surface. The outer red shows up as pink even though it is the same color as the inner part. The blue inserts are a darker blue than the scan shows. I do not think I can correct the colors. I have tried without any success. Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks
