THAT"S IT!!! vbg Thanks Archie!

With that, I believe, you could safely mail one or two chips, flat, in a regular #10 envelope for the First Class Letter rate of 41¢ or 58¢.

The chip that was mailed to me in one of those arrived completely secure, undamaged and for only 39¢!

For peace of mind I would still send higher value chips in a padded envelope. grin
