Re: Trying an experiment

using white envelopes with light cardboard and the chip in a protector scotched tape so it wont move and the cardboard to make the envelope smooth so when it goes through the sorter it takes it easier. I sent 2 out as test trials one to the east and the other to the west. I want to see if this works for $.41. This is for a cheaper $1 chip. I will not do that for a chip I can not replace or an expensive chip. I will then have to pay the $1.13.

As another idea is try and keep your trades/buys to a 2 chip minimum if you can. It is more cost affective.

1 chip went from $.52 to $1.13
2 chips can still probably stay under an ounce same price. A bit more cost affective
3 chips goes up to $1.30 (That is the price of the 2 ounce)

Again, our packages now fall under the parcel CATEGORY. This is why the price jumped so high. The USPO is now making us pay for all the bubble wrappers they have previously had to sort manually and have to hire more workers due to the high demand of packages. I have spent many hrs in the PO talking to the workers about why they did this and how it works. Some of the other offices have not figured this out after years and years of doing it the old way.
